论述了在新形势下氯碱厂自备热电站应进行的经济取向为:优化机组的运行模式,确保机组安全、经济、可靠地运行。分析了影响发电利润的因素,认为节电比节煤的经济效果更好。探讨了为节电应优先开发、实施的节能项目。
The economic orientation of the thermal-power plants self-built by chlor-alkali enterprises in the new situation is discussed,which should be to optimize the running mode of machine sets to ensure the safe,economic and reliable running.Based on the analysis on factors influencing the profits in the generation of electricity,the author ragards that better economic benefits can be obtained from electricity-saving than from coal-saving.The prior energy-saving items that should be developed and fulfilled are discussed.
