针对传统水相悬浮法氯蜡-70生产工艺的不足,开发了水相悬浮催化法固蜡一步生产氯化石蜡-70工艺,并成功应用于生产。该工艺反应过程易控,反应周期短,产品质量稳定且一次合格率高,生产工序少,能耗低。

According to the shortcomings of traditional aqueous-suspension process for the production of chlorinated paraffin-70, a one-step catalytic production process from solid paraffin in aqueous-suspension system is developed.This technology has been successfully applied to commercial production. The reaction in this process is easy to control and the reaction period is short.The quality of product is stable and the acceptance rate is high.The production procedures are few and the energy consumption is low.
