LD0.32单极式离子膜电解槽样机的设计、制作及运行

摘要 充分利用大型离子膜电解槽使用过的旧膜和原有隔膜电解槽整流装置,研制开发成功LD0.32单极式离子膜电解槽。经72h考核,该电槽运行数据为:电流12.3kA、温度68.7℃、单槽平均电压3.15V、碱质量分数31.1%、电流效率94.8%,基本达到国内、外同类装置的水平。 The ion-exchange membrane monopolar cell LD0.32 was developed successfully,which made full use of the old membrane in large scale ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer and the old rectifier for diaphragm electrolyzers.The running data during 72 hours' assessment were as follows:current was (12.3) kA,temperature was 68.7 ℃,average single cell voltage was 3.15 V,the concentration of caustic (soda) was 31.1 wt%,and current efficiency was 94.8%.These indexes substantially came up to the same levels as the similiar kinds of electrolyzers made home or abroad.
