摘要
在使用DRE系列ICP发射光谱仪过程中,根据使用中矩管外观的异常现象进行原因查找,逐步改变操作参数,从而减少矩管的损耗,延长其使用寿命,最终达到规范仪器使用操作的目的。
During the operation of the DRE series of ICP emission spectrometer,in order to reduce the damage of torches and prolong their service life,the causes of abnormal phenomena observed on the appearance of torches during usage were examined and the operating parameters were changed step by step.And then the aim of normalizing the operation of apparatus was attained at last.
