摘要
根据石蜡氧化制蜂蜡实验测定了反应动力学基础数据 ,推导了反应时间和转化率的关系 ,在此基础上由最小二乘法则算出动力学方程速率常数和反应级数 ,并建立了反应器计算模型 ;根据Mandhane气液流型确定了反应管内两相流动情况 ,计算出年产 80 0t蜂蜡的反应停留时间、反应器总管长、管径、体积。
Based on the experiments of making beeswax by the oxidation of paraffin,obtained are the basic data of the reaction kinetics,the constant of dynamical equation and reaction order,and established is the reactor calculation model.According to the Mandhane,determined are the 2-phase fluxion conditions in the reactor,achieved are the reaction time,reactor length,pipe diameter and the physical volume required to produce 800-ton beeswax per year.Also made is pressure drop calculation of the pipe reactor.
