摘要
本文应用“冷沉淀”法制备纤维组织粘合剂。对纤维组织粘合剂中主要成份和含量进行了测定,并测定了主要理化性质,建立了动物实验模型,观察了实验兔对纤维粘合剂的反应。
The fibrin tissue adhesive agent is bio-adhesive qor human body. From October 1991 we have studied the fibrin tissue ad-hesive agent in our laboratory. and made the experimental model in rabbits for wound of arterial bleeding and oozing of blood.In muscule of 6 rabbits the fibrin tissue adhesive agen have been implanted. and in 1st. 2nd, and 4th week to take for histologi-cal analyse. We have messured the chief bio and physical characters. The pH of the agent was between 7.3~7.5, the tensileforce in 10 minutes after the formation of gel was 0.6g/mm: in 30 minutes 2.0g/mm^2 (P<0.01), in 60 minutes arrived2.4g/mm^2 (P>0.05); and the adhesive force in 10 minutes 0.06g/mm, in 30 minutes 0.16g/mm^2, and in 60 minutes arrived0.23g/mm^2 (P<0.01). The fibrin tissue adhesive agent was effective for oozing surface of wound, but limited for the arterialbleeding. The response of tissue in early was inflammatory. and slignt local fibrosis. and foreign-body reactions, but in 4th weeklocal fibrosis only. The active test of rabbits skin to the agent was not responsive.
