摘要
为了解决后盖-中桥壳由于体积较大,测量时定位偏差较大,不能得到正确的测量结果这一问题,研究了将电感测量技术和计算机模拟测量技术相结合的测量模式,分析了后盖-中桥壳的检测项目及综合测量仪的技术指标,成功研制了集机械、电子、计算机技术于一体的高精度测量仪器。重点介绍了该测量仪的检测原理、研制中的关键技术及其精度分析。实现了对后盖-中桥壳的尺寸及形状位置参数的快速检测。
In order to solve the problems of incorrect measuring results caused by larger volume of middle-axle-house back-cover and Larger positioning error for measuring, this paper presents measurement models which are combined inductance measure with computer simulation technology,and besides, presents the successful development of advanced equipment and its test principle, key technology,accuracy analysis--essential testing items and measurement apparatus parameters. This paper also presents the achievement of parameters quick measure on back-cover dimensions and shape position parameters.
