摘要
为改善精铸管接件的镀锌钝化质量,对其采用的锌酸盐镀锌工艺进行了整改和维护,同时应用了CS封闭剂。生产应用结果表明,采用锌酸盐镀锌新工艺及CS封闭剂不仅提高了管接件外观质量,而且提高了其耐蚀性及消除了白点腐蚀缺陷。
In order to improve galvanizing passivation quality of precise cast pipe connecting parts, some modifications and maintenances of zincate plating technology are carried out and at the same time,CS is also applied. The results of production application have shown that using the new zincate plating technology and CS can improve not only the appearance quality of pipe connecting parts,but also the anticorrosion performance and elimination of white spot corrosion defection.
