知识经济时代的忠诚管理——基于博弈论的观点 被引量:2

摘要 本文运用重复博弈模型,分析了知识经济时代忠诚管理的基本特征,初步探讨了忠诚度的培育机制,对于企业文化类型与忠诚度的关联性进行了分析。
