摘要
将重复控制技术用于400HzUPS逆变电源的逆变环节,构成了一种高性能、低成本的控制系统。提出一种基于嵌入式重复控制和比例控制的复合控制方案,详细分析了系统结构、重要控制参数的整定和软件实现方案,系统的核心控制芯片采用TMS320F240。实验结果表明,在数字化的400Hz中频在线式UPS逆变输出控制中,采用该控制方案可在额定负载范围内获得稳定正弦电压输出。
Repetitive control is synthesized in 400 Hz UPS to form a cost-effective waveform control system.The paper analyzes the application of the plug-in repetitive control and proportional control method in the 400 Hz medium frequency online UPS. The important parameters of the control system, the control structure and the software design of the system are described in detail. The core control chip is TMS320F240.The experimental results shown that the proposed control scheme can stabilize the output sine wave of the digital control 400 Hz medium frequency SPWM inverter.
