基于电力电子集成技术的开关电源模块研究

摘要 提出了一种基于组合集成思想的电力电子系统集成方案;设计了基于铝基板的功率集成模块,对它的散热性能进行了分析;根据电路的等效振荡电路,计算了电路的寄生电感,并与传统的结构进行了对比,给出了对比实验结果。 The integration method for power electronic systems is proposed based on combining integration methodology.The integrated power module is designed based on aluminum base copper-clad laminate.According to equivalent ringing circuit,the parasitic inductance is calculated.Its heat transfer performance and electrical performance are analyzed. The experimental results are given.
