摘要 淬火和人工时效之间的停放时间 ,对材料人工时效后的最终力学性能和腐蚀性能等有一定的影响。本文采用 7B0 4铝合金退火板材 ,研究其淬火后经不同时间的停放 ,并进行T74状态的人工时效后的室温拉伸性能、电导率和剥落腐蚀性能。试验结果表明 ,随着停放时间的延长 ,板材的室温拉伸性能先升后降 ,电导率先降后升 。 The final mechanical properties and corrosion resistance after artificial aging will be changed according to the delay time between quenching and artificial aging. This influence on 7B04 aluminum alloy anneal sheet was studied. It was treated by quenching first, and delay for different time, then artificial aging to T74 temper. After the heat treatment, the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and exfoliation corrosion were studied. The result shows that the value of mechanical properties increases first and then decreases, and the value of electrical conductivity decreases first and then increases, and the exfoliation corrosion resistance depresses evidently with the extension of the delay time.
