摘要
采用廉价的Fe Mo中间合金设计研究出Ti8LC和Ti12LC低成本钛合金 ,前者为近α型 ,后者为近 β型钛合金 ,两者的室温拉伸性能均优于TC4。
Titanium and its alloys have been widely used in aerospace fields because of their excellent comprehensive properties. However, the high cost restricts its civilian application widely, therefore it is necessary to research low cost titanium alloys. New low cost Ti8LC and Ti12LC titanium alloys are designed and developed by using cheap Fe Mo master alloy in our laboratory. Ti8LC is a near α alloy and Ti12LC is a near β one. Tensile properties at RT of both Ti8LC and Ti12LC are better than that of TiC4, and Ti12LC alloy has even lower hot processing temperature.
