金属包覆粉综合利用原始粉体材料与金属包覆层的性能 ,克服各自的缺点 ,得到了广泛的应用。本文利用有关实例分析阐述了热分解 还原法在制备金属包覆粉中的基本原理 ;论述了利用该方法制备金属包覆粉的 3个基本步骤 :芯核的前期处理、芯核的预包覆以及包覆层的还原 ;
Metal coated powders, having the advantages of the metal cladding and the original powder material and avoiding their each disadvantages, have been applied widely. The basic principle of thermal decomposition deoxidization method about preparing metal coated powder was summarized in some examples and the approach of this method was discussed. The approach consists of pretreating nucleuses, the coating in advance about nucleuses and deoxidizing metal coated layers. In addition, the correlated interface problems were discussed in respect of the designing of materials.
