用新的科学发展观和工业调整基本理论,以哈尔滨市工业调整和改造为例,阐述了哈尔滨市工业结构调整中空间结构四大圈层与九大工业区的构建以及工业重点产业集群的选择与规划。
Using new scientific view of develop-ment and the basic theory of industrial adjustment,this paper illustrates the establishment of four-ringspatial structure and the construction of nine indus-trial areas in Harbins industrial structure adjustment.Then, it introduces the option and planning of keyindustrial clusters.
