阳离子松香中性施胶剂的实验室制备

The Laboratory Preparation of Cationic Rosin Neutral Sizing Agent

对阳离子松香中性施胶剂的制备进行了详细的研究。筛选出了具有良好分散性能的阴离子表面活性剂和阳离子聚酰胺聚胺表氯醇树脂作为主要原料 ,制备出具有优良性能的阳离子松香中性施胶剂。其固含量大于 30 % ,稳定性在 6× 30d以上 ,pH值为 7～ 8。

The cationic rosin neutral sizing agent was prepared.The AES anion surface-active agent and cationic polyaminoopolyamide-epihalogydrin resin which have very good dispersed activty were choiced as dispersing agent.The cationic rosin sizing agent milk would be kept in room temperature for six monthes,its solid content is above 35%,pH 7～8.
