摘要
营销人员是企业和市场的桥梁 ,从事创新性工作 ,对企业的生存和发展有着很重要的影响。但目前对销售人员的管理存在着不少问题。笔者认为 :实施基于信息化的销售业务管理 ,并进行理性化的人力资源开发 ,可以有效地提高管理效率 ,并实现销售队伍的长期积累。
Salesmen, as the bridge linking to corporations and market, have great influence on the survival and development of the corporations by their creationary job. At present, there are still several problems in the management on salesmen. In writer's opinion, it is helpful for the governors to improve the management effectively and accumulate the numbers of salesman, through actualizing marketing management based on the information science and developing the human resources reasoningly.
