摘要
从市场角度看 ,竞争优势来源于企业能比竞争对手提供更大的顾客价值 ,对顾客价值知识的识别应成为企业培育竞争优势的起点。本文构建一个基于知识视角的企业竞争优势形成模型并分析该模型的作用机理 ,提出运用知识创新和知识管理获取竞争优势的对策建议。
From the market point of view, competitive advantage stems from the more customer value, so identification of the knowledge of the customer value should be the first step to cultivate competitive advantage. The paper sets a model of competitive advantage based on knowledge and explains its action mechanism and presents the measures about knowledge innovati on and management to obtain competitive advantage.
