摘要
企业的核心能力是企业取得和保持竞争优势的源泉,如何识别企业的核心能力并对其进行科学的定位,对企业核心能力的培育、维持和转换具有重要意义。本文从核心能力的特征出发,探讨了识别核心能力的3种方法,在此基础上论述了竞争力的本质在于获取稀缺性的顾客资源,企业核心能力的构建与保持必须以顾客的消费偏好为导向,企业应把核心能力定位在顾客的核心价值之上的观点。
The core capability of an enterprise is the headspring for acquiring and keeping competitive ability. It has very important meaning that how to identify core capability of an enterprise and position it scientifically for its cultivating, keeping and changing. This article discusses the three methods of identification core capability based on its characteristic, and discusses that the essence of competitive ability is to obtain exiguous customer resources. The constructing and keeping of core capability for an enterprise must according to customer's preference. An enterprise must position its core capability on core value of the customer.
