摘要
电子商务是企业对传统商务的信息化改造,以知识管理为核心的企业发展战略已为理论界和企业管理界所接受。本文提出将企业电子商务导入知识管理的观点,通过对比电子商务与知识管理间的关系,分析企业电子商务导入知识管理的原因,提出电子商务导入知识管理的策略,以此构造知识商务。
E-business is the information-concerned reconstruction which corporations do to improve the traditional business. The develop strategies with knowledge management as the core have been accepted both in theory field and in the field of corporation administration. In the thesis, the author bring forward the viewpoint of applying knowledge management to corporations' E-business. By analyzing the relations between E-business and knowledge management and the reasons for the application, the author put forward the strategy to apply knowledge management to E-business which can be helpful to build knowledge-business.
