摘要 目的 分析人胰腺癌组织中bax基因的mRNA转录和蛋白表达 ,探讨其在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用。方法 应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学法检测 4 0例胰腺癌和 14例慢性胰腺炎组织的bax表达。结果 胰腺癌组织中bax基因的mRNA水平及蛋白水平的表达分别为 6 5 % (2 6 / 4 0 )、72 .5 0 % (2 9/ 4 0 ) ,明显高于慢性胰腺炎组织。该基因的表达与患者的年龄、性别、TNM分期及组织分化程度无关。结论 在胰腺癌组织中bax基因mRNA转录和蛋白表达结果具有显著一致性 ,该基因在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。 Objective: To investigate mRNA transcription and protein translation of Bax gene and the r ole of Bax gene in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer. Methods: expression of Bax protein and Bax mRNA were identified by immun olhistologic staining and in situ hybridization technique in 40 pancreatic carc inomas and 14 chronic pancreatitis. Results:The positive express ion rate of Bax protein and Bax mRNA was 72.50% (29/40) and 65.0%(26/40) respect ively ,which was significantly higher than that in chronic pancreatitis. Expres sion of Bax gene was not correlated with age,gender,TNM classification and dif ferentiation of the tumors. Conclusions: In pancreatic cancer,e xpression of Bax gene is consistent with mRNA and protein level. Bax gene may pl ays an important role in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer.
