十二指肠憩室手术体会

Experience of duodenal diverticulum(DD)'s operation

目的 探讨十二指肠憩室手术经验。方法 总结 1998～ 2 0 0 3年间十二指肠憩室患者临床资料。结果 该组 2 2例 ,2 0例行单纯憩室切除 ,2例行胃部分切除胃空肠吻合术。结论 十二指肠憩室手术 ,术中行十二指肠两端阻断、十二指肠腔内充气 ,单纯憩室切除率高 ,手术简便、省时。

Objective:To explore the operative experiene of d uodenal diverticulum(DD) Methods:The clinical data of the DD pat ients during 1998～2003 in our hospital. Results:In the 22 cases ,20 cases were treated by simple diverticulumotomy,2 were treated by pvrtiogas trectomy and gastrojeunostomy Conclusions: The operation of dupdenal diverculum is easy and uses less time as blocking the both side of the duoden,inflating the duodenum and the successful rate of simple abscising the d iverticulum is high.
