眼科首诊的鼻窦炎27例临床分析

Clinical analysis of nasosinuitis with symptoms of eyes as primary presentation in 27 cases

目的 提高鼻眼相关疾病的诊治水平。方法 对 2 7例以眼部症状首诊的鼻窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2 7例中 ,2 3例治愈 ,其中视力下降者 2例较治疗前视力提高 ,1例视力无改善 ,1例复视者症状缓解。结论 鼻窦与眼眶关系密切 ,鼻窦的病变常侵犯眼眶 ,患者较早出现眼部症状而就诊。眼科医生应提高对鼻眼相关疾病的认识 ,做到早期诊断 ,合理治疗。

Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated with noses a nd eyes.Methods: To retrospectively analyze 27 nasosinuitis pati ents with the symptoms of eyes as the primary presentation. Results:Among the 27 cases,23 recovered,2 cases with eyesight injury showed a tu rn for the better,1 case showed no enhancement,1 case with diplopia improved. Conclusions: Nasal sinus is tied up with eye socket.The abnorm ity of Nasal sinus often affects eye socket,sopatients consult doctors for s ymptoms of eyes at comparatively early stage. Oculist should realize it and get more knowledge to afford the patients timely diagnosis and proper treatments.
