摘要
目的 应用Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折 ,并评价其临床应用效果。方法 对 2 1例股骨粗隆间骨折患者Gamma钉固定 ,术后随访时间 14 .7个月 ,对患者骨折愈合、功能恢复及满意度进行疗效评估。结果临床随访显示骨折愈合率 10 0 % ,无术中及术后并发症。结论 Gamma钉固定牢靠 ,操作简单 ,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的一种有效方法。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcomes of Gamma nail for treatment of intertrochanter ic fracture.Methods:The study analyzed retrospectively 11 patien ts undergoing internal fixation with Gamma nail.Follow-up was performed 14.7 mon ths. The fracture healing,functional restoration and satisfaction degree were u sed to assess the clinical effects.Results: The rates of bone he aling were 100%. No complication occurred during operation and postoperation.Conclusion: Gamma nail is effective for treatment of intertrochante ric fracture,and has simpler technique.
