脊髓型颈椎病应用颈椎前路带锁钢板内固定术后并发症及其预防

Prevention of complication of cervical spondylotic myelopathy theated with antiriorlocking cervical plate internal fixation

目的 分析脊髓型颈椎病颈前路减压植骨颈椎前路带锁钢板内固定术后并症产生的原因 ,探讨其预防措施。方法 回顾该院应用颈椎前路带锁钢板治疗脊髓型颈椎病 132例病例 ,观察应用颈椎前路带锁钢板系统出现的术后并发症及其治疗结果。结果 应用颈椎前路带锁钢板系统出现的术后并发症包括吞咽困难 3例 ,脊髓损伤 2例 ,瘫痪加重 1例 ,死亡 1例 ,螺钉脱落 1例 ,8例并发症的产生与手术指征的掌握以及手术操作有关。各例并发症分别采取不同的方法及时治疗 ,均治愈。结论 严格掌颈椎前路带锁钢板系统治疗脊髓型颈椎病的手术指征和正确规范的手术操作是预防其并发症的关键。

Objective: To analysis the reasons of the compli ca tion of cervical spondylotic myetopathy treating with anterior decompression & b one embedded and anterior locking cervicalplate internal fixation and to find ou t it's preventive measures. Methods: 132 cases of cervical spond ylotic myelopathy treating with anterior locking cervical plate internal fixatio n have been reviewed. The postoperative complications and treatment results were observed. Results: The postoperative complications of applicat ion anterior locking cervical plate system concluding 3 cases of swallow difficu lty,2 cases of dyspnea and 1 case of lag screw exfoliation. All 6 cases of comp lications had some relation with the grasping of operation condition and operati on procedure.We used different methods to treat all complications and cured them . Conclusion: The key point to the prevention of complications were the strictly grasping the operation condition of anterior locking cervical plate system of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and it's right and specification operative procedure.
