利用油料作物秆壳栽培猴头菌的技术

A TECHNIQUE FOR USING STRAWS AND SEED-SHELLS OF OIL CROPS TO CULTURE Hericium erinaceus

利用油料作物秆壳作猴头菌栽培原料,先后研究了八种配方对猴头菌菌丝生长速度及产量的影响、结果表明:配方1、7的猴头菌产量最高,分别比配方6(常用配方)增产19.8％和3.4％。配方1的猴头菌菌丝生长丰满快14天,提前12天出菇。

Dry straws and seed-shells were used as medium to culture Hericium erinaceus.8 culture prescriptions made of these materials had effects on growth rate of hyphae and yield of mashroom.Some results obtained showed that Hericium erinaceus grown on prescription 1 and 7 got respectively yield-increase of 19.8% and 3.4% comparative to that of prescription 6 which are used usually for other mashroom production.The hyphae developed on prescription 1 growed most rapidly,and it was shortened by 14 days for hyphae to be full of bottles that were used for container and by 12 days to give mature mashroom on medium of prescription 1.
