摘要
花生种子经人工老化(35℃,90%RH)处理,发芽率,活力指数和子叶中SOD活性下降,胚轴中SOD活性先增加然后下降,雨二醛和脂质氢过氧化物的含量增加。可以认为花生种子人工老化的原因可能是膜脂过氧化作用加强,从而使膜质丧失,膜的结构和功能受到破坏,种子生活力丧失。
The experimental material used was peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) seeds collected in Guangdong institute of economic crops with high vigour capacity.The peanut seeds were high-vigour seeds accelerated ageing at 35℃ and 90%RH for 5-15 days. The germination percentage and vigour index of seeds decreased and superoxide dismutase ( SOD activity in cotyledons declined.In the meantime, SOD activity in embryonic axes increused.when seeds were accelerated ageing for five days, and decreased when seeds were accelerated ageing for more than ten days. The contents of malonaldehyde and lipid hydroperoxide rose sharply. The reason why peanut seeds wers aged acceleratively could be that peroxidation of membrane lipids was enhanced, that membrane-lipid was lost, and that structure and function of niembrane were damaged. Therefore, seed viability was lost.
