摘要
用^(66)C_9—γ射线处理扩_(077)、H_(23)、2432为保持系的萝卜质不育系。2432保持的萝卜质不育系半致死剂量约为100k rad,H_(23)、扩_(077)保持的萝卜质不育系半致死剂量约为80k rad。120k rad处理扩_(077)保持的萝卜质不育系M_1,出现了苗期不缺绿的不育株和可育株;120k rad处理H_(22)保持的萝卜质不育系叫,出现了缺绿可育株。100k rad处理扩_(007)保持的萝卜质不育系M_2,出现了19株苗期不缺绿、花器形态与萝卜质不育系一样的不育株。并对这些M_1、M_2的结果进行了讨论。
BC7 , BC3 seeds of OguCMS backcrossed with three maintenance lines Kuo 077, 2432, H23 were treated by 60Co- γ ray in 1990 and 1991. LD50 of OguCMS maintained with H23 and Kuo 077 was about 80 k rad. LD50 of OguCMS maintained with 2432 was about 100 krad. There were three mutation plants without chlorophyll deficiency in seedling in M1 of OguCMS maintained with Kuo 077 , treated by 60Co- γ rad 120 krad. One plant was male fertile and other two plants were male steile flowering. There were two male fertile plants with chlorophyll deficiency in M1 of OguCMS maintained with H23, irradiated by 60Co- γ ray 120 krad. There were 19 male sterile plants without chlorophyll deficiency in M1 of OguCMS maintained with Kuo 077, irradiated by 60Co-γ ray 100 krad. The shape of their flower was the same as that of OguCMS flower.
