摘要
教育信息化促进了教育现代化,而教育网站是这种发展的具体体现。如何对还处于起步阶段、水平参差不齐的教育网站进行评价以提高其质量的问题日益引起人们的重视。本文根据整体完备性、科学合理性和简易可行性原则,从内容、技术、效用性和发展性角度建构教育网站评价指标体系,并力图通过不断的论证与改进,发挥它对建设者、决策者以及使用者的鉴定作用、诊断作用、导向作用与决策作用。
Educational informatization promotes the modernization of education, while the educational websites are the embodiment of this development. More importance has been attached to the topic of how to evaluate the educational websites which are in the initiative phase and of ragged-quality. The article, based on the principles of wholeness,scientification and feasibility, constructs educational website evaluation index system in four aspects: content, technology, efficiency and development.
