西方国家在解决中小企业融资难问题上是各有侧重的如美国比较重视高科技型中小企业的融资问题,日本支持中小企业吸收引进技术,意大利比较注重制造业型中小企业的发展,法国扶持中小企业的重点主要放在了就业潜力比较大的服务业型中小企业上,瑞士和西班牙则在服务于社区型中小企业上具有特色。
The author clarifies on the major channels of corporatefinance for SMEs overseas and provides his views on theirwoes based on their individual needs. He comments on thetrend of specialization of financing for SMEs as well aspolicies on SMEs in various countries in hope they willpresent positive implications under the Chinese context.
