摘要
民营企业建制的方向同国有企业一样,都是建立现代企业制度。建立现代企业制度主要包括 三个问题:一是现代企业产权制度;二是现代企业组织制度;三是现代企业管理制度。
The way of private-corporation building corporation system is the same to that of state - owned corporation, which is to build modern corporation system. There are three factors in modern corporation system: property rights system, organization system and management system.
