摘要
黑龙江为农业大省,灌溉工程在全省农业发展中起关键性作用,但灌溉供水价格与供水成本一直处于背离状态,从全省灌溉工程实际出发,探讨现行水价及计收方法的不足,并提出改进措施.
Heilongjiang Province is an important agricultural province.The irrigation engineering plays an important role in the agricultural development of the province.Whereas,the water price has been deviating from the cost.Basis on the irrigation engineering practice,this paper discusses the shortage of the active water price,calculating and charging method to poses the improvement measure.
