摘要
介绍一种水利工程防洪经济效益的计算法。根据超标准流量绘制流量～淹没面积及淹没面积～淹没损失曲线,借助公式可以计算出防洪效益及淹没损失值,比较直观,有推广应用价值。
This paper introduces a method of calculating for the flood control projects.According to the super grade discharge,the discharge to the flooded area and the flooded area to the flooded loss curve are drawn in this paper.Aided by the formula,the flood control benefit and the flooded loss value can be rekoned up.This has visualized development and utilized value.
