摘要
利用2003年小黑山水库最高洪水位来修正水库大坝安全鉴定阶段的设计洪水成果,经分析认为合理,可推广应用。
The highest flood water level in Xiaoheishan Reservoir in 2003 is utilized to amend the design flood fruit of reservoir and dam of safety appraisal stage.This method is analyzed to be improved reasonable and can be developed and applied.
