腹腔镜在盆腔脓肿诊治中的应用

APPLICATION OF LAPAROSCOPE IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF PELVIC ABSCESS

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术诊治盆腔脓肿的临床应用价值。方法 在腹腔镜下对 4 2例盆腔脓肿行切开引流、脓肿切除、粘连松解、抗生素脓腔灌洗等方法进行诊治。结果 应用腹腔镜诊治盆腔脓肿 ,具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少及同时进行盆腔引流等优点。

Objective To assess the value of laparoscopic surgeries in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess. Methods 42patients with abscess of pelvic were successfully performed on laparoscopic operation. During operation, we insert laparoscope through the around side of umbilicus for exploratory, meanwhile establish other trocars to look for abscess, put into drainages tube, flush the antibiotic to the abscess and glue to connect the pine solution. Results Applying the laparoscopic surgeries cured the patient with abscess of pelvic inflammatory, the surgical operation wound was small, recovering quickly, the surgical operation complications were little. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is proved to be an effective method for pelvic abscess.
