摘要
本文分析了目前图书馆在读者服务工作方面的不足之处和一些弊端,借鉴国外的一些图书馆的服务方式和手段,倡导图书馆服务工作应"以人为本",并提出了、改进的方法和措施。
The essay first analyzed the deficiency and malpractice of the present service offered to readers and then by using some foreign libraries ways and means in services for reference, it proposed that all the work in a library should be based on the principle of ? treating man as the focus ?. Finally, the author recommended to us some measures and methods of improvement in this aspect.
