On Incentive and Supervision of Cost Management in Projects

依据博弈论原理，针对我国建筑企业的施工项目实行项目管理的情况，对施工企业的成本管理模式作了研究，提出应建立和完善激励机制，并通过系统地建立监督来确保工程项目成本管理的有效性．

Based on principle of game theory,this paper discusses cost management approaches of construction projects in the situation that our country's carrying out project management in project contracts.And it puts forward the ways to establish and perfect incentive and supervision mechanism to ensure effect of cost management in projects.
