本文利用相关资料,论述了民族素质与环境改善的关系,得出了民族素质高低决定环境改善程度的结论。
This thesis using the related articles discusses the relationship between national quality and environment improving. It gets the conclusion of the high or low of national quality determines the degree of the improving of the environment.
