我国建筑工程中存在的挂靠由来已久，且有越演越烈之势，严重扰乱了建筑市场，损害了国家和集体的利益，笔者对此进行剖析，并提出相应对策．

The phenomenon of affiliation of construction projects exists in our country,which rigs the construction market and infringes upon the interests of state and collectives.This paper analyzes such a phenomenon and proposes some solutions.
