关节软骨细胞培养过程中Ⅲ型胶原的变化

CHANGE OF COLLAGEN TYPE Ⅲ IN HUMAN EMBRYONIC ARTICULAR CHONDROCYTES IN VITRO

利用抗Ⅲ型胶原单克隆抗体对培养的软骨细胞进行免疫组织化学观察,发现软骨细胞在有血清培养条件下趋向成熟,肥大和衰老,Ⅲ型胶原逐渐增多,尤以第三、四代为甚,但在第五代细胞因衰老合成分泌胶原能力差,Ⅲ型胶原相对降低。

The subcultured chondrocytes synthesizing collagen type III were examined with indirect immunofluoresc-ence. The results revealed that the amount of collagen type III secreted by chondrocytes increased gradually,and was highest in the 3rd or the 4th generation, but it decreased in the fifth generation.
