摘要
14例运动员急性肩锁关节脱位经手术切开复位内固定治疗,临床效果良好。而6例采用保守治疗者,效果较差。建议对运动员急性肩锁关节全脱位以采取手术治疗办法。
14 cases of acute complete acromioclavicular dislocation of sportsmen were treated by open reduction andinternal fixation. The clinical results were satisfactory. 6 cases were given conservative treatment and theclinical results were unsatisfactory. We suggest that the acute complete acromioclavicular dislocation of spor-tsmen should be treated by operation.
