运动对胃功能的影响,文献报道结果不一。我们在动物实验中观察到运动后主要引起胃电活动加强,或者经过短暂的抑制后即发生较长期的增强效应。但在运动过程中胃电活动的情况尚未见报道.因此。
To study the effects of physical exercise and fatigue on the gastric motility, we recorded 27 femalestudents' electrogastrograms (EGGs) before, during exercise, during fatigue and 20, 40, 60 minutes afterphysical exercise. We found that physical exercise raises the amplitude of EGG significantly. The amplitude ofEGG at physical fatigue is lower than that during physical exercise, but higher than that before exercise. Theamplitude of EGG recovers 40 minutes after exercise. The effects of exercise and fatigue on the frequency ofEGG are similar to that on the amplitude.
