摘要
采用局部麻醉下简化的髂胫束Z延长手术治疗了12例青少年及运动员的弹响髋,获得了满意效果。本方法切口小,手术简单,术后两周即可恢复训练。
12 juvenile patients with snapping hip were treated by a simplified Z-plasty of iliotibial tract. Totally 22 operations were performed, since 10 out of the 12 cases had bilateral snapping hips. The procedure iscarried out under local anesthesia. Through a lateral longitudinal skin incision 8 cm long, the tract over thegreater trochanter is exposed and divided into anterior and posterior flaps. The Z-plasty is finished withtransecting the anterior flap of the iliotibial tract at the proximal end and the posterior one distally. Theseparated flaps need not be sutured, neither is any immobilization used. The results were excellent in all 12cases with disappearance of symptomatic snapping and Ober's sign, and the patients were able to return toregular sports exercise in two weeks after surgery.
