摘要
高职实践性教学中存在地位不突出、管理欠规范、实训基地建设达不到技能培训的要求、评价标准不科学、教师指导能力不强、学生积极性不高等问题,原因在于没有成熟的经验、地方政府对离职投入严重不足、传统的教育教学观念根深蒂固、在职称评审等政策上没有体现出对实践性教学的重视及企业支持学校的积极性不高。应当构建相对独立的实践性教学体系,完善实践性教学管理制度,加强实习实训教材建设和教学基地的建设,积极探索产学研合作教育模式。
In higher vocational practical teaching, there exist the following problems; not protruding the status of practical teaching; less standard in management; not reaching the technical training goals in the construction of practical training base; not scientific in evaluation; not competent in instruction ; and not active in students'study, etc. The main reasons are; (1) no mature experience ; (2) great shortage of the government investment into higher vocational colleges; ( 3 ) the deep - rooted traditional educational ideas; (4) not embodying the stress on practical teaching in the evaluation policy of professional titles; (5) not vigorous in the support of enterprises. So it is necessary to: (1) establish an independent practical teaching system (2) improve the system of practical teaching management ; (3) reinforce the construction of practical teaching materials and teaching base; (4) probe actively an educational model with the cooperation of production, learning and research.
