Improving the Benefit of Higher Vocational Education by Promoting the Benefit of Speciality Structure

在当前高职教育迅速发展情况下,充分挖掘包括专业结构在内的高职教育结构的效益,是高职院校提高办学效益,实现高职人才与高等职业教育可持续发展的必由之路。为此,必须以市场为导向,充分考虑社会职业的变化及产业结构的调整情况,加强政府宏观调控,建立院校间布局合理的专业结构。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the inevitable course of improving the running benefit and realizing sustainable development of higher vocational personnel and education is to improve the benefit of higher vocational education structures including the speciality structure. This paper expounds four countermeasures; (1) to make market as a guide in reform ; (2) to consider fully the changes of social occupation and the regulation of industrial structures; (3) to strengthen the role of governmental macro - control; (4) to establish the speciality structures with rational distribution among colleges.
