摘要
采用关节软骨细胞培养和同位素标记的方法观察抗Ⅲ型胶原单克隆抗体对软骨细胞代谢的影响,结果示抗Ⅲ型胶原单克隆抗体对家兔关节软骨细胞DNA和胶原合成都有明显的抑制作用,认为抗Ⅲ型胶原抗体可能协同抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体参与关节软骨损伤的自家免疫反应。
The effects of the monoclonal antibodies to type III collagen on the metabolism ofrabbits' articular chondrocytes in vitro were investigated by labelling of isotopes (3H-TdR,3H-Proline). The results demostrated that the syntheses of DNA and collagen of chondrocyteswere suppressed significantly by these monoclonal antibodies.
