新的婚姻登记条例取消了当事人就结婚与离婚而由单位开具介绍信了,也不再强制性地要求婚前医学检查。这充分体现了法治精神和对当事人婚姻自主权的充分尊重;但是对于取消强制性地要求婚前检查,则需要我们认真地反思与探讨。

The new marriage registry regulation has eliminated the unit recommendation for marriage or divorce and premarital checkup as well, which embodies the legality and esteem to the peoples marriage autonomy ;as far as elimination of premarital checkup is concerned ,more counter -thinking and discussion are needed.
