摘要
利用抗Ⅲ型胶原单克隆抗体对肌腱损伤修复进行研究,发现修复早期Ⅲ型胶原明显增加。修复后期(56天)Ⅲ型胶原显著减少,但仍高出正常的腱组织。并认为Ⅲ型胶原是位于愈合处及周围的低分化成纤维细胞合成、分泌的产物。
The Achilles tendon was cut and sutured, then was dissected out and examined histolo-gically and immunohistochemically on the 2nd, the 7th, the 21st, and the 56th day. Thecollagen content was observed to increase significantly in the initial stage of wound healing(7th day) and then decreased sharply down but still slightly higher than that of the normaltendon.
