浅谈反腐倡廉及其历史借鉴

On Struggling against Corruption & Encouraging Honesty

反腐倡廉是我党面临的首要政治任务。腐败来自于公共权力的失控和滥用。改革开放以来 ,腐败之风愈演愈烈。反腐倡廉 ,“一靠教育 ,二靠制度”。要借鉴古今中外反腐倡廉的经验 ,坚持不懈、百折不挠地完成这一艰巨的社会工程 ,创造一个清正廉明、法制健全、高度民主、文明的现代化社会。

This paper states that the most important political task the Chinese Communist Party faces is to struggle against corruption and encourage honesty. It argues that corruption originates from no control and abuse of public rights. This paper also suggests that to struggle against corruption and encourage honesty depends on both education and political system. People should try to draw lessons from history about how to deal with it and build up a highly democratic modern society with incorruptible officials and healthy legal system.
