摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作(transientischemic attacks,TIA)的定义已经提出来40多年了,对鉴别脑组织缺血坏死或只是缺血无坏死的临床类型有很大帮助,至今还一直沿用.但是近十年神经影像学的发展和超早期脑梗死溶栓治疗的出现,对传统的TIA定义提出了挑战.各国专家对于是否要更改TIA定义已经进行了广泛的讨论,虽然没有达成共识,但是大势所趋,已经有新定义的倾向.作者将回顾这方面的新进展,期望我国就此进行深入探讨.
